Food Vendor Application

This is the 11th annual event to support the Community Engagement Center, a volunteer program under the United Way of Defiance County. 

This event has generated around 5,000 attendees. Hot air balloonists will participate in two events and a glow as well as many other family-friendly activities. Food vendors will be available at the event beginning when the gates open at 5 pm until around 10 pm.

You must provide the following:

  • $200 (per trailer) fee due 30 days after invoiced

    • Add $50 for water and/or electric hookup needed.

  • Certificate of liability insurance before July 1, 2025

  • Proof of vendor’s license and/or food license before July 1, 2025
